Two ANU researchers were among the recipients of Australian Academy of Science medals awarded this week.

A new award has been established to support ANU medical students to gain first-hand experience working with patients with Parkinson’s disease.

All higher degree research students are invited to attend the ‘How to win the Three Minute Thesis’ workshop on Wednesday 15 May.

Distinguished Professor David Chalmers was last week elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Associate Professor Geoff Mercer of the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health has been awarded the prestigious EO Tuck Medal ‘for outstanding research and distinguished service’.

Applications for the 2013 International Alliance of Research Universities Campus Sustainability Student Exchange are now open.

The contribution of some of the University’s finest educators was recognised at a function held at the Centre for Higher Education and Learning which culminated in the announcement of the recipients of the 2013 Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence in Education.
